In a world where service disruption is no longer acceptable, physical security and energy self-sufficiency have become strategic priorities.
Our reinforced, secure and self-sufficient containerised data centres incorporate all the necessary measures to protect your equipment, your data and your operations. Designed as complete, independent infrastructures, they guarantee RESILIENCE, SERVICE CONTINUITY AND TOTAL CONTROL OF YOUR IT ENVIRONMENT, even in challenging environments.
Your HexaDC data centre is much more than just a mobile server room: you are DEPLOYING a SECURE, AUTONOMOUS and MONITORED ECOSYSTEM that is READY to operate immediately.
A robust infrastructure to protect your IT systems in all circumstances
Built on the basis of a steel shipping container, our data centres are SPECIALLY DESIGNED to absorb vibrations and shocks. They can be TRANSPORTED and MOVED safely without having to dismantle the IT equipment, even whilst the servers are running.
The REINFORCED and INSULATED structure ensures optimal protection in demanding environments: technical paint and polyurethane coating, IP55 protection, ROXTEC-type watertight cabling system, tropicalisation and faradisation options, etc.
Enhanced physical security
The data centre is RC4 CERTIFIED (EN 1627-1630), indicating a high level of burglary resistance. In addition, indoor and outdoor CCTV can be integrated as required to ensure constant visual monitoring.
Access to the data centre is controlled by a BADGE SYSTEM, with a biometric option. Every opening is subject to a COMPLETE LOG, ensuring precise traceability of access. The EXTERNAL DOORS ARE SECURED by:
- a double shear latch with a 1,500 kg load capacity, offering high mechanical strength
- a positive locking system: the doors remain locked by default even in the event of a power cut
Intelligent partitioning of sensitive areas
The design is based on 3 SEPARATE ACCESS POINTS to compartmentalise the areas and ensure the safety of maintenance work:
- a first access point is dedicated to the technical area for maintenance operations, with no access to the server racks
- a second access point manages the power supply and network connectivity, again with no access to the servers
- a third access point leads to the central cold aisle, where the servers are accessible for operational tasks. This aisle is designed, with the necessary clearance, to facilitate server handling
You HAVE PRECISE CONTROL OVER WHO ACCESSES WHAT, AND WHEN. You reduce the risks of intrusion, human error and unauthorised tampering.
Fully integrated energy resilience
Your Tier III-certified data centre is designed to operate COMPLETELY AUTONOMOUSLY even in the event of a prolonged power cut:
- 44 kVA generator with automatic start-up within 30 seconds: 12 hours of autonomy, up to 72 hours with an external fuel tank
- 2n redundancy for UPS units
- N+1 redundant cooling with intelligent unit rotation
- multi-access connectivity (fibre, 5G, satellite, private LTE network) to ensure the availability of data flows
All data is monitored via a centralised SCADA SYSTEM. Information is available via standard SNMP for direct integration into your existing monitoring tools.
APSAD R7/R13 fire protection
Our data centres feature a COMPREHENSIVE FIRE SAFETY SYSTEM:
- fire control panel
- dual DETECTION: smoke and temperature
- automatic inert gas suppression
- silent nozzle
- audible alarm
- display panels
The container walls are rated for 2 hours of fire resistance and the external doors for 1 hour. The container’s airtightness exceeds 12 minutes during the extinguishing process to ensure optimal gas concentration and prevent any leakage to the outside.
