A containerised data centre is a prefabricated IT infrastructure housed within a reinforced, purpose-built container. It brings together all critical components in an optimised and secure space: rack, server, power supply and connections, cooling system, fire protection system, physical security system, etc. This solution addresses the challenges of accelerating or optimising a data centre project and temporary deployments.

Your reinforced containerised data centre

The container structure is reinforced to withstand a TILT OF UP TO 45° and thus facilitate loading, unloading and transport via Ampliroll lorries.

Inside the container, the IT racks are integrated into a SUSPENDED IT CAGE fitted with cable shock absorbers and an anti-deformation system to absorb vibrations and shocks, MEANING THAT IT EQUIPMENT DOES NOT NEED TO BE DISMANTLED DURING TRANSPORT. The servers can therefore also be pre-configured in advance at our centre by our experts.

Electrical and network connections are made via a watertight, reinforced and durable ROXTEC CABLING SYSTEM, guaranteeing multi-risk protection even in challenging environments.

Your isolated containerised data centre

Designed to operate in demanding environments, our data centres incorporate high-performance insulation using SANDWICH PANELS to withstand a wide range of climatic conditions, FROM -15°C TO +45°C.

The containers are protected against dust and water splashes (IP55 rating). THE DOORS ARE SPECIALLY POSITIONED AND DESIGNED TO MINIMISE THE INFLOW OF HEAT, MOISTURE AND RAIN WHEN OPENED.

Your compact and optimised data centre

No modules need to be installed outside the container, ALL EQUIPMENT IS INTEGRATED WITHIN IT: server racks, cooling system, UPS units, generator, connections, physical security and fire safety.

Our compact design ensures a SMALL FOOTPRINT, EVEN WHEN THE DOORS ARE OPEN:

20- foot: 26.3 x 11.1 ft = 291.9 sq ft
40- foot: 45.6 x 11.1 ft = 506.2 sq ft

You can install a COMPLETE IT INFRASTRUCTURE IN AN OPTIMISED SPACE, perfectly suited to industrial environments or sites with space constraints.

The container is divided into three distinct zones:

SIDE HOT AIR RECOVERY CORRIDORS accessible via secure doors leading to the outside. Only the rear panels of the servers are accessible, to ensure safety and facilitate technical and maintenance operations.
A CENTRAL COLD AISLE dedicated to COLD AIR DISTRIBUTION. Accessible via a separate secure entrance, authorised personnel have direct access to the racks and servers for operational tasks.
A TECHNICAL AREA at the rear of the container, accessible via espagnolette doors, which houses the redundant cooling systems and the generator.
